The Problem

Clients often face confusion when navigating the investment process, understanding available decentralized financing tools, and meeting industry-specific requirements. The challenge was to begin laying out clear, guided experiences that educate users and supports them through each step with confidence.

Key Drivers

Simplify the onboarding experience and guide users through the complex steps of investment by designing clear, informative landing pages. These pages serve to educate users on available offerings, outline necessary steps, and build confidence at every stage of the process.

Clear Key Offerings

Present investment tools and services in a clear, digestible format to help users quickly understand available opportunities.

Industry definition

Individual landing pages that focus on explaining how tokenized investment applies to sectors like real estate, energy, and tech.

Onboarding & Document assistance

Guide users through complex steps like KYC, document uploads, and wallet setup with contextual explanations and assistance.

Researching design & UX practices in the blockchain / DeFi space to examine how complex investment practices are being delivered to users.

Analyzing the current website and brainstorming opportunities to enhance user experiences and simplify key offerings.

Journey Mapping IA

Based upon the goals of simplifying onboarding and educating clients on offerings, I outlined some of the early user flows and examined how to best guide them through the initial processes.

Wireframing: Taking a Deeper Look

Creating low-fidelity wireframes for both web and mobile allowed me to examine the current website and understand how to clearly guide users step-by-step through investment processes and present available tool offerings.

Design: Modernizing Finance

The design takes a modern and user-friendly approach, moving away from the complexity of traditional finance themes. Each landing page and interface element focuses on visual cues, simplified language, and the integration of supportive offering tools. The goal is to make every part of the process feel simple, informed, and approachable.
