The Challenge: A Modernized Web Refresh
BRIC serves a niche menswear market where traditional sizing often creates friction in discovery and purchase decisions. My work focused on improving the ecommerce experience across the customer journey through modular design systems, merchandising strategy, conversion optimization, and lifecycle marketing.
BRIC Re-Design

Website re-design focusing on modular adaptability and refreshed aesthetics in order to engage customers, introduce the brand mission, and facilitate product discovery across devices.
Shopify Web Launch

Transitioning the website towards a Shopify hosted theme that prioritized modular design, shopability, UX testing, upselling, and aesthetic enhancements that matched the direction the brand was moving towards.
Informational Page Design

With the company focusing on inclusive design, shopability, and brand awareness, the we created modular page frameworks that allowed informational pages to be setup quickly, consistently, and display all relevant info across the site.
Mobile Usability

With the previous website lacking streamlined cross-device navigation, we ensured the new site was mobile friendly and prioritized product shopability and informational page display that fit across devices and didn't leave out important info.
Campaign Planning & Coordination
Content formats coordinated for use across channels & marketing initiatives, strictly adhering to brand guidelines and campaign goals. Platforms like Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Shopify Analytics utilized for reporting, content A/B testing, and refinement.
